Carmen and Carnival with Dudamel is being performed at the Hollywood Bowl on Tuesday, September 3 and Thursday, September 5. To attend on your own, purchase tickets at hollywoodbowl.com.
ADMISSION:
Admission is free and open to current USC students only, who must use the provided transportation to attend. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Check-in for the event will begin at 5 p.m. on campus. Buses will depart at 5:45 p.m. and return to campus at 11:30 p.m. Dinner will be provided.

DESCRIPTION:
Experience an evening of pure whimsy with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the world-famous Hollywood Bowl as conductor Gustavo Dudamel leads Carnival of the Animals. Brother-and-sister piano duo Sergio Tiempo and Karin Lechner will march with lions and waltz with elephants in the playful and imaginative suites by Camille Saint-Saëns.
The euphoric program will also feature two enchanting symphonic Spanish dances by Roberto Sierra and scenes from Carmen by Georges Bizet, featuring Operalia prize-winner Rihab Chaieb.
