DESCRIPTION
USC introduces THRIVE, a series of dialogues on wellbeing featuring distinguished guests interviewed by USC Dean of Religious and Spiritual Life Varun Soni. In this unprecedented time of struggle and isolation, these powerful conversations will provide critical opportunities for the USC community to feel connected, inspired, and empowered.
The inaugural event will feature Arianna Huffington, founder and CEO of Thrive Global, founder of The Huffington Post, and author of 15 books. In her most recent works, The Sleep Revolution and Thrive, she examined the transformative power of sleep and our need to redefine success through wellbeing, wisdom, wonder, and giving. The new media pioneer, internationally bestselling author, and acclaimed speaker has been named to Time Magazine’s list of the world’s 100 most influential people and the Forbes Most Powerful Women list.
THRIVE is part of USC AMPLIFIED, a new, campuswide speaker series presented in partnership with USC Visions and Voices that highlights diverse perspectives on contemporary issues from some of today’s most engaging and dynamic figures in entertainment, business, politics, sports, science, the arts, and beyond.
