Attendance Policies

Most Visions and Voices events are open to the public. However, some events are open to USC students or the USC community only.

Event reservations open approximately four weeks before an event, and are accepted online only.

All Visions and Voices events are FREE for USC students. USC students may reserve one ticket per USC ID.

Admission prices vary for non-USC students, though most events are also free to the general public.

Advance reservations are required for most events. For events that are not full, tickets will be available at the door. For events that are full, tickets will be available at the event check-in on a standby basis.

Some Visions and Voices events that are organized by the USC School of Cinematic Arts and the USC Thornton School of Music, as well as our “affiliated events,” may have different reservation or ticketing policies.

Details regarding specific event reservations or ticketing requirements are included in the individual event listings on the Visions and Voices website.

Individuals with disabilities who need accommodations to attend an event may contact USC Visions and Voices at (213) 740-0483 or visionsandvoices@usc.edu. It is requested that individuals requiring accommodations or auxiliary aids such as sign language interpreters and alternative format materials notify us at least seven days prior to an event. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations in an effective and timely manner.
